This sailboat is being sold due to lack of time. It is a good and easy-to-sail boat for its size.

The boat is from the 1970s. It has two full-length berths where adults can sleep comfortably.
There is a height-adjustable table in the cabin, as well as a small table to hang in the cockpit as shown in the picture.
It comes with two foresails and a mainsail, which are in relatively good condition (there is also an additional smaller genoa, condition unclear).
The cushions are in great condition.
Most of the wooden details have been renovated, such as the tiller.
There is a sink with an outlet in the hull, which pumps water from a water container (not used in a while).
Electricity is not connected.

The boat is fully functional for sailing and temporary overnight stays, but it is in a simpler used condition, hence the price.

The Sunwind 20 was introduced in 1970 and production ceased in the early 1980s. The boat was initially manufactured by Sejle Bruk in Norway under the name Sagawind 20, but after a few years, production was taken over by Nykra OY in Finland and it was renamed Sunwind 20. Around 1980, the Sunwind 20 Mk 2 was introduced.
