Maxi 77 for sale

We are selling our Maxi 77, model year 1977. We would have liked to keep her, but with a newborn in the family, we don't have enough time.

The boat is sold with a Tohatsu 6hp (4-stroke) outboard engine, which starts easily and runs well.

Sails included:

• 2 mainsails (only used one, condition of the other is unclear)
• Genoa 1
• Genoa 2
• Storm jib
• Spinnaker

Equipment:

• 40W solar panel that charges the 12-volt battery
• Garmin plotter
• Partially rewired electrical cables with newly installed fuse box. New 12-volt outlet near the entrance hatch for the plotter
• Electric freezer in the kitchen
• Working original spirit stove
• Foot pump for seawater in the kitchen
• Original cushions in the cabin
• Foldable doors instead of a hatch to the cabin
• Bow anchor

Additional equipment:

• Boat cradle for storage on land
• Various ropes of different lengths
• Fenders
• 2 anchors and stern anchor roller
• Rock skis for docking at cliffs

The boat is ready to sail as it is, but as with older boats, there is always something to "polish".

The boat is located near Stendörren, between Trosa and Nyköping. The mooring fee is paid for the rest of the summer. If you are interested in taking over the mooring, I can inquire with the landlord if it is possible.
