LM 27 Motorsegler for Sale

For sale is a very beautiful LM 27 Motorsegler, built in 1984. The boat is equipped with a Bukh DV 36 (PS) engine. In 2023, we conducted a complete refit of the interior - see pictures. The LM 27 is well-equipped: roller genoa in very good condition, blister, mainsail with cover, white galley, all windows clear. Bow and stern anchor, anchor winch, bathing ladder, VHF telephone, chart plotter, GPS display, depth sounder, complete DHI lighting, LED lighting in the salon and bathroom, fully functional pump toilet. Oil change and impeller replacement, all filters renewed in 2023, bilge pump and hand pump available. The boat comes with a well-maintained boat trailer, approved for road traffic with the corresponding operating permit (6 km/h). The boat is located in Travemünde, Baltic Sea. The mooring for 2023 has been paid for and can be taken over there. The trailer is located in Lauenburg, and winter storage has been arranged there and can be taken over by the buyer if desired. The boat will be handed over with charts of the Baltic Sea.
