Lagoon 42 for Sale

We are selling our beautiful Lagoon 42, currently located in Tahiti, and waiting for someone to continue our adventure. Here is a video of the boat sailing in the Society Islands:

I am the second owner and took over from a Frenchman last year when he sailed it to Tahiti. We have had an amazing adventure in French Polynesia, sailing in the Tuamotu atolls and the Society Islands. It is a perfect family boat with plenty of space. Stable and safe to sail with an electric winch that makes hoisting sails and lifting the dinghy super easy :)

It is the Owners Version, so there is a large owner's cabin in one hull with a spacious bathroom and an office between the bedroom and the bathroom. In the other hull, there are two cabins with their own toilets and showers. Very luxurious.

There is teak wood in the aft and two wonderful bathing platforms with a ladder on the starboard side.

• 560W solar power + 800Ah service batteries + wind generator + 2400W Yamaha external generator for self-sufficiency
• Code Zero sail, square mainsail with 2 reefs, self-tacking jib, and electric winch

The best thing about the boat is that it is located in Tahiti, which, in my opinion, is the best place to sail in the world. The reefs around the atolls block all waves, so you can anchor safely in all bays and sail inland with good wind in the sails. We considered sailing our own boat from Sweden to here but realized that buying a boat on-site saves us a year of time and allows us to spend much more time at each atoll and island, enjoying this paradise for longer. We have sailed with three children, aged 13, 9, and 3, and it has been perfect for them with short passages and plenty of time at each anchorage.
