We are offering a very good boat in the middle of our refit work. The size of the boat is 7.60m x 2.48m x 0.75-1.35m and weighs 1.9 tons. It is trailerable. It is an American boat from 1978 (originally from England). It is very suitable for Berlin waters as the keel can be folded in with a winch, weighing approximately 940 kg. We have unexpectedly been given the opportunity to acquire a sailboat for long trips, hence the sudden decision. Everything is very understandable, the boat is currently dry and can be viewed at any time by appointment. There is no sign of blistering or osmosis. It is equipped with a Yamaha 9.9 hp four-stroke outboard engine and a hydraulic tilt mechanism. Some pictures show the interior without walls, all walls and wooden parts have been dismantled and already painted with very expensive oil paint (Shooner..), and will be installed before the sale! The toilet is new, with electric flush! There is a lot to report, but simply looking at it is the best option, as the boat is very suitable for strong winds and waves! The sails are in normal condition and consist of 1x mainsail, 1x genoa, 1x jib, 1x storm jib. The trailer (without papers) is not included in the offer... no negotiations, no warranty, no possibility of return! The price is already at its limit, especially considering the outboard engine alone costs over 3000.-€ when new. The mooring is not available, it will be occupied by another boat again.
