The LM Mermaid 315 is distinguished by its excellent sailing characteristics and is a recognized family-friendly sailing cruiser. It is spacious in the cockpit and under the lee, where there are 6 very nice berths, 2 of these in the forward cabin and 4 berths in the saloon as 2 double berths. This LM Mermaid "La Mer" has been owned by the current owner since 2005, who has really taken care of the boat over the years, and it shows. Many nice upgrades recently and over time. The only thing that needs to be highlighted is that the teak deck needs new joints and some staves need to be replaced. The seller has received an offer for complete replacement to flex teak for approx. 18,000 DKK from a Danish shipyard. Please note that the current teak is only glued to the substrate and NOT with screws.
The boat has regularly been on land and has been sanded and painted. The boat was primed approx. 10 years ago.
