Hereby I would like to offer my Rebell Seaskip for sale. It is 7.6m (25 feet) long, 2.45m wide, and has a displacement of 1,400kg. It comes with a genoa, a jib, and a mainsail.
I have renewed a few things:
The boat is ready to sail and fully equipped. Charts, navigation tools, and compass are available.
Unfortunately, the cover of the foredeck is broken. It can be replaced in consultation with the buyer.
The boat is not a beauty, but it is not a fixer-upper and very suitable for beginners, not only because the costs are manageable and it "suffices for the beginning," but also because the design comes from a sailing instructor from Lake Constance. It was intended as an open keelboat. Over time, additional structures and modifications have been made to the keel. Nowadays, successors can be found under the name "Balaton 25".
Accordingly, it is very suitable for light winds. It has a sail area that is large in relation to its displacement. Unfortunately, it does not get along well with the somewhat rough Baltic Sea waves. Its primary area is light wind regions and protected waters. It was also designed as a trailerable boat on Lake Constance. However, a lockable toilet is provided between the forward berth and the salon, which makes the boat quite unique in its class. The outboard motor is also well designed. When not in use, the outboard can be easily lifted, reducing water resistance and allowing for swift progress even in light winds. The upwind performance is moderate, with a tacking angle of 120° at nearly hull speed being possible. However, this is also due to the age of the sails.
All in all, it is a fair-weather boat. If time allows for waiting for good weather, extended trips are also possible. This year, I sailed the entire Bodden coast and further to Bornholm and Sweden in two months, but I can only recommend it to a limited extent.

Currently, the boat is located in Ueckermünde. However, in consultation, I can transfer the boat to Berlin.
