Hello.I am selling a Maxi 77 with a high serial number: 3650 out of a total of approximately 3900 built. I bought the boat in 2021 with the intention of starting sailing for real. Unfortunately, it didn't happen, and the boat is just sitting and collecting dust in its harbor. It's just costing unnecessary money in mooring fees.It has been sailed only once since the purchase. The outboard engine is a 2003 Honda 10hp. It was serviced in 2021 by the previous owner. It has been used for approximately 5-6 hours since then. It starts and runs smoothly. The bottom was painted in 2021. The spinnaker is included, and the quality of the sails is okay.The interior has always been stored indoors for winter storage.The boat is located in Dockan Marina Malmö. The mooring fee is paid until December 31, 2023, and is included in the purchase.
