Rossiter Curlew 'Curlew of Dorset' is for sale with Vivid Blue Marine. 'Curlew' is a Rossiter Yachts Ltd. (Dorset) three cabin sailing vessel. 
 
In good condition - both cosmetically and structurally - this lovely yacht ‘Curlew' offers the elegance of a classic yacht design, but with the advantages of laminated GRP construction. She is set out as a Bermudian/Bermudan sloop. She has a long GRP and iron keel with two iron bilge keels. Power is courtesy of an inboard diesel engine with shaft drive.
 
‘Curlew’ has a lustrous deep navy blue hull with ochre red antifoul below the waterline. She has a a stern hung rudder mated to the long GRP centre keel (with iron ballast) with two iron bilge keels either side of the hull. The three bladed propeller sits within a protected housing created by where the keel meets the rudder. Mounted to the transom is Arius self-steering gear (boat being sold with spare vane). Bought new the self-steering gear would cost in the region of £5,5000.
 
She boasts an extensive sail wardrobe, all of which we are assured by the owner, are in good, serviceable condition. Her spars consist of a deck stepped mast with boom in aluminium.
 
Internally, she is equipped with a full galley, refrigerator, hot running water etc.
