Freshwater cooled, sails included, new alcohol stove, GPS, cover, ropes, anchor, etc. included. Sparingly used.
Just fuel up and set sail, it's cheap and works great.
Since I have owned the boat for many years, I have now come to the unfortunate decision to retire due to age.
