Avance24 Boat Information

The Avance24 boat that we bought is in incredibly good condition and a fantastic boat. What we love about it is how meticulous and precise the previous owner has been with the boat (as well as ourselves). He had owned it for over 10 years before selling it to us.

The list of what has been done to the boat is long, with around 60,000 SEK spent on it. See below:

• Completely new paint and varnish, both on the exterior and interior of the galley.
• Brand new interior cushions with new foam and fabric.
• Brand new lights, electrical wiring, switches, 30W solar panel, regulator, battery, and new automatic bilge pump.
• Brand new alcohol stove, new plumbing system, and new foot pump for the sink.
• New sea crane for both the sink and draining the cockpit.
• New ceiling covering around windows and new curtains to match the cushions.
• New brass details.
• New teak where needed.
• New portable toilet (Potta Potti).

And exterior upgrades:

• New waterline and detailed dark blue painting (2013).
• New safety rail around the entire deck (2013).
• New sheets, halyards, and blocks (2013/14).
• New mainsail cover and custom-made cover for standing height (2014).
• New high-grip flooring in the cockpit (2014).
• New navigation and deck lights (2015).
• New Furlex 50S for the headsail (2017).
• New companionway door (2020).
• New Tohatsu 6hp long rig, with safety lock and chain for a total of 14,000 SEK.

The boat has been upgraded and invested in with approximately 60,000 SEK (excluding the outboard engine) to bring it to top condition.

The boat has been stored indoors by previous owners, so the hull and keel are in very good condition without osmosis.

Original Avance sails with spinnaker included are in excellent condition. Both the genoa and jib were inspected by a sailmaker when the mainsail was modified during the installation of the Furlex. Very easy to rig and adjust.

An amazing day sailor or why not spend the night with up to 4 sleeping berths. Fast and very easy to sail, providing a lot of sailing pleasure for all recreational sailors.

We bought the boat for 55,000 SEK a year ago (receipt available).
