We are selling our sailboat, an LM 22 from Denmark. With its length of 6.70 m, it is very easy to handle and therefore also suitable for beginners.

The interior is very cozy and open, providing a comfortable space even on rainy days.

The LM 22 is a true fiberglass classic with its typical canoe stern.

In 2008, the boat was completely renovated. The underwater hull was renewed at the Peter Wrede shipyard in Wedel. The wood in the interior was refurbished, the electrical system was renewed, and some accessories were replaced. In 2010, the cabin roof was replaced. In 2014, the electrical system was further expanded, and a second service battery and a Waeco charger "Perfect Charge MCA 12 15" were installed. Antifouling has been recently applied.

There are still some tasks to be done, which we plan to complete in the near future. However, the boat can also be taken over as is, and there is definitely room for negotiation.

Trailer not included. However, we have a crane option available on-site.

An additional Mercury 5 HP outboard engine (2020) (maintenance July 2023) can be purchased separately.
