Albin Ballad , 1978, Kuchenbude, gepflegt

We are considering selling our Albin Ballad. The boat is in the water and fully functional.Year of construction: 1978, only 2 previous owners.Equipment:Sail wardrobe:Genoa 1, Genoa 2, Jib, Main, Spinnaker.All sails in good condition for cruising.2 x Andersen ST 40 self-tailing winches.Engine:Nanni Diesel 21 HP from 2006, gearbox also from 2006, folding propeller.(Last maintenance: new water pump, new exhaust collector, oil change).Interior: all original wood.Cushions renewed around 2006/2007.New clock, barometer, etc.Petroleum stove, works great if you follow the instructions.Mobile compressor cooler.Pressurized water.Marine toilet - the pump is slightly leaky on top but still works.Diesel heater currently without power.2 batteries.Charge diode/booster on the motor side.New 25 A charger in 2021.Sprayhood, cockpit tent.VHF, radio, plotter with full Europe map, ST30 depth sounder and ST30 log (display works but always shows 0.0).Of course, 45 years leave their marks. The red color has faded slightly and there are a few crackling spots on the deck. No collisions.Rudder head, shaft bearing, keel are all in good condition.Since the boat was stored under a linden tree by the previous owner, the fabrics are watertight but have some "shadows" from the inside. Nothing visible from the outside.We are considering selling because we have the opportunity to acquire a slightly larger boat.Therefore, the sale does not include personal effects.If interested, a viewing at the berth is possible.
