Albin Cirrus GER 117

Hello, I am selling my beautiful Albin Cirrus GER 117 in excellent condition. It is a beautiful and fast yacht (YS110) with many high-quality details, which is why the price is slightly higher compared to a "neglected" boat.

Details:

• I bought the Albin in 9/21 and have invested an additional €5000 since then.
• The Albin was already well-maintained and belonged to the chairman of the Swedish Albin Club. All installed parts, such as the beautiful bowsprit, bathing ladder, and interior lights, are from the Swedish high-end company Batsystem.
• Dimensions: LOA 8.00m x 2.76m, draft 1.55m.
• The gelcoat is in top condition, and the Albin is not one of those overpainted boats you see everywhere. The deck is also in excellent condition, with flawless non-slip coating. I have also replaced the few teak woods (bathing ladder, bowsprit).
• Classic Furlex roller furling system (great: roller drum in the anchor locker, providing more sail area!)

Equipment:

• New Elvström jib from 10/22 (like new, only 15 hours of use)
• Genoa 2 (in good condition)
• Boding mainsail 2021 (in good condition)
• Spinnaker with pole (lightly used)
• Gray sprayhood (removed after purchase, in good condition, never used)
• 50W solar panel with Victron MPPT 75/15 charge controller with Bluetooth (2017), rotatable NOA holder
• Compressor refrigerator
• Jabsco toilet (2016), pump replaced in 2021
• Holding tank
• Two-burner gas stove
• Sink with foot pump (2021) for fresh and saltwater
• Spare mainsail available (condition 4)

2018:

• Renewed fuel system
• New injection pump
• New injection nozzle

2019:

• Replaced saildrive bellows

Now, some additional features that make the Albin so great, distinguishing it from cheap boats and costing me a lot of money (I am aware that the boat market is currently a buyer's market, and you can buy "worn-out" 26-28 footers for €5,000):

• All covers are new and handcrafted by a sailmaker

• New seacocks (saildrive in 1/23)
• New safety equipment, complete running rigging, partially renewed standing rigging

I have probably forgotten many things, but I will add them in the next few weeks. Several folders of documentation will be included with the Albin, proving how lovingly the yacht has been cared for since its construction in 1979.

All instruments inside are in perfect working order, the interior is very nice, the wood is flawless, and the windows are watertight.

The Albin must be de-rigged by 14.10 and will be in winter storage near Travemünde from 21.10 onwards, and cannot be removed until 4/24.

I am selling the Albin only because I want a pure racing boat and have big plans :-)... I am also open to a trade with value compensation for a Banner 28 Race, Albin Express, First (Seascape) 27.7 or 31, X 95 or 99, etc.
