During the early 2000s, 4 Omega 42s were built. These were built by Lidköpings Båtsnickeri, which guarantees world-class craftsmanship.
The boat's interior in lacquered teak received an updated layout where the toilet space was moved aft on starboard. The entrance to the two aft berths was moved to the port side. Through this, you get a very nice forward cabin with plenty of space, a nice floor area, and good storage. Otherwise, the boat has a spacious L-galley on port side with double sinks, stove with oven, and good storage. Aft of the galley is the entrance to the two aft berths.
