The boat is an older Parker 505 where the outer hull has been renovated to its original condition, while the inner hull, deck, and transom have been newly manufactured by a carbon fiber and fiberglass expert from Nimbus shipyard. The hull has been reinforced and stiffened with carbon fiber frames between the outer and inner hull. When racing, the boat competes in the Classic class due to its low sail number (4310). The boat has also been partially modernized with a spinnaker tunnel in the bow, deck-mounted mast supports, a new centerboard, a new racing rudder, and a carbon fiber boom. The entire boat is practically in new condition, as well as the sails, mainsail, and Mylar jib, along with the new large spinnaker (26 m2) and the older spinnaker (20 m2) and an older dacron jib. All necessary shrouds, stays, halyards, sheets, trim lines, and trapeze lines are installed. A trapeze harness from Musto is included. The mast is an older gold-anodized aluminum mast from Proctor, likely original. The boat is ready to sail.
