A fast and easy-to-sail boat that I have owned since 2016. In recent years, it has been updated with the following:
The sails are older and should be replaced.
It has an autopilot, so you can raise the mainsail by setting the course upwind. All lines are led to the cockpit, and the mainsail is usually reefed at 7-8 m/s. Second reef at 10 m/s. It is common to sail faster than larger boats.

It is a used boat, so it is not in mint condition. I usually sail for 3-5 weeks per year.
The refrigerator is powered by a household battery, and the solar panel rarely needs charging. It is sufficient for cooling, iPads, electric toilet, and cold showers. The toilet and water supply last for about 5-6 days before needing to be refilled/emptied.
Winter storage can be arranged in Stenungsund if there is interest. Haul out in September. Please feel free to contact me.
