Trapper T250

Trapper T250 fin keel "Activity Trap" is a  high performance cruiser/racer with a 6hp sail pro outboard. This is a good sea boat and is a comfortable sailing yacht -Ideal for family weekends or someone who want to race. [Please note last photo is her previous sails]  
The Trapper T250 is the fixed keel version of the renowned Trapper TS240 which was designed by the famous Ed Dubois in 1980 and built by Anstey Yachts UK who was later renamed Trapper Yachts UK.
I owned this since 2009 and i have been cruising out to sea along the East Coast as well as on The broads. 
Sailing: her easily controlled fractional rig allows maximum adjustment. All primary controls are lead back to the cockpit.The wide coamings are comfortable for both helmsman and crew. She beats most other boats to windward and whilst fast downwind, her deep fin keel gives her amassing manoeuvrability. Main: Jeckells Dacron fully battened,slab reefing with 3 reef points Lazy jacks with Kemp Pack Away self stacker and cover Genoa: very good furling Hong Kong sails Dacron. Spinnaker
Rig: Seldon Tapered Mast and boom, kicker, spinnaker pole, Plastimo furling, Barton Traveller with central cleating, standing rigging as new[2016] All principal lines brought back to cockpit via spin lock 8 deck organisers and clutches 2x Lexmark no.7 winches on coachroof, 2xLewmar no.16 2 speed Genoa winches. 
Cabin: 4 man-sized berths with 5'5"headroom, double V berth forward plus 2 single berth in saloon. Bright upholstery with Velcro fastenings to allow close season cleaning. Sliding galley with gas burner stove,small drop down navigation table. Self contained heads with flush operated Jabasco Compact marine toilet. Brand new Blakes bronze seacocks fitted[2022] 
Instruments and Navigations: Garmin GPSMAP 130, NASA Clipper GPS Repeater,Wind Speed,Depth,Log. All with original manuals. Autohelm ST1000, Plastimo Contest deckhead compass, mast steaming light, deck level navigation lights and Aqua tri colour lights on mast, wind vane, solar panel with solar charging controller for battery to support electronics.
Currently I am preparing and cleaning the yacht whilst on hard standing to take more photos later on. Other items to include in the sale.
