I am selling my beautiful A-Cat from Bimare, probably built in 1982. It still sails beautifully and quite fast, but it requires too much maintenance for me and I want to sail more with a crew.Of course, time has left its marks. The gelcoat on the front of the hulls has chipped off in some places, but it has been filled with gelcoat putty. To repair a crack on the starboard hull behind the daggerboard case, an inspection hatch was installed and laminated from the inside. The port side hiking strap has torn at the back, but it can be easily sewn back on.Included with the boat are:- Two older rudder blades- One spare daggerboard- One aluminum telescopic boom (one long one with a fixed length is currently installed)- One spare trampoline (both hiking straps are fixed)Since the boat is of a certain age, one should be prepared for some tinkering, especially considering the difficulty of finding replacement parts. However, the boat can be sailed directly and is currently still in use.Details can be seen in the pictures or I am open to further questions.Shipping is not possible, only available for pickup or through a shipping company.
