Examples of improvements:

• 2023: New sprayhood with stainless steel frames. Slightly higher, wider, and deeper than standard, with handles/grips and storage pockets on the sides.
• 2023: Self-tacking jib. Boding Triradial laminate, standing battens.
• 2023: New plexiglass in both skylights, new plexiglass hatch.
• 2023: All through-hulls and ball valves replaced.
• 2023: Other improvements such as shore power with external power intake, electrical panel and internal outlets, some halyards and sheets replaced, machine polished, anchor line, USB outlets for charging in the forepeak, at the electrical panel, and at the instruments in the cockpit.
• 2022: Raymarine Axiohm 9 plotter, Raymarine i70 (speed, wind, depth, temperature), Raymarine autopilot (with remote control).
• 2022: Selden Rodkick 20, gas spring.
• 2022: Boom and genoa cover.
• 2022: Bow roller with anchor socket and ladder, Swim platform with ladder.
• 2022: 100AH lithium battery, Victron battery monitor, 50W solar panel (?) + Victron regulator.
• 2022: Other improvements such as Spinlock tiller extension (with large handle), some halyards and sheets replaced, LED lights in all interior light points, radio and speakers in the salon, new curtains, all cushions washed, mattress toppers, new insulating floor mat.

The mainsail is in good condition with full-length battens, inspected by a sailmaker in 2023. A nice roller genoa from saltsjöbadssegel, biradial CL-cloth. Spinnaker (barely used) in good condition. Self-tacking jib as mentioned above (new in 2023).

The engine is an Iveco/Lombardini with stern drive, installed in 2004. A major service including replacement of damper and timing belt was done in spring 2022. The propeller is a two-blade folding propeller. The engine runs well and has been exclusively run on HVO100 in recent years, which is environmentally friendly and minimizes the risk of bacterial growth in the diesel tank. The engine is serviced annually with the usual oil, filter, impeller, anodes, etc. replacements.

In winter 2017-18, the bottom was scraped clean and epoxy treated. This was done for environmental reasons, and since then, the boat has been painted with hard Baltic Sea-approved paint. Measurement protocol from environmental measurement is available.

There is more to write, and the list of improvements can be extensive. Overall, this is a great boat for those looking for a "ready-to-go" boat without breaking the bank.

The boat is located in a boat club just north of Stockholm, and it can be viewed and test sailed in the water until early October. Winter storage (in the water) may be offered to the new owner.

The price is set as an autumn price, considering that much is new and replaced, but other offers are welcome, although lowball offers are discouraged. A cradle and winter cover are available for purchase at a significantly reduced price.
