We are selling our gem. We have had many wonderful sailing trips with her. She is a perfect family boat but also great for solo sailing. It hasn't always been perfect weather, but she is stable and safe even in strong winds and rough seas. The Maxi 87 is a perfect combination of comfort and fun sailing.

The convertible dinette is the best combo, with 2 beds or 4 dining seats. Together with the kitchen, it works perfectly for longer stays. Sink with fresh and saltwater, large fridge box, and a two-burner origo stove make cooking easy.

6 berths, forward cabin for two, convertible dinette for two, and two single berths, but best suited for 1-4 people. Plenty of storage with a wardrobe opposite the toilet, which has a septic tank with both deck and sea discharge, installed in 2017.

New windows and hatches in 2021, made of 10 mm smoked acrylic. The cockpit is spacious and has a steering pedestal with a well-placed Raymarine plotter, 7-inch Element with sonar from around 2020, and a good table for meals under the canopy in unstable weather.

Sprayhood, cockpit cover, and boom cover from 2020. It sails very nicely and has decent sails, roller genoa and mainsail, both older, lazyjacks, and a sparingly used spinnaker. All lines in dyneema. Boom vang. Spinnaker pole.

Volvo Penta MD 7A engine, with many new parts in 2020 (new piston rings, planed head, valve seats and new valves, new injector sleeves, adjusted injectors, new exhaust elbow, new exhaust hose, new water pump bearings), otherwise well-maintained and runs smoothly. Three-blade fixed propeller.

Airborne diesel heater around 2018. Isotherm fridge around 2017. 2-burner origo stove. Solar panels from 2017 with 2 consumption batteries from 2021 and 1 starter battery make you self-sufficient in electricity. Anchor line on roller with Bruce copy. Bilge pump. Freshwater cooled.

Bathing platform with ladder in the stern for easy swimming. Bluetooth stereo with 4 speakers, 2 of which are in the cockpit's open storage compartment.

Ropes, black fenders, etc.
