Sunbeam S22, built in 1971

Extensively modernized small cruiser.

As we have expanded, we would like to pass on our extensively modernized Sunbeam S22 to good hands.

Despite its proud 51 years, the boat is in very good condition. This is naturally due to the excellent construction quality of the Schöchl shipyard.

The gelcoat is original. The hull can still be easily polished to a high gloss in winter storage.

The keel centerboard version has a variable draft and is therefore also suitable for very shallow waters.

Nevertheless, the boat performs well upwind and provides a sense of security.

It is not uncommon for us to reach hull speed under sail on all courses to the wind.

The Sunbeam is a true small sailing yacht that has everything a sailor's heart desires.

The interior features include:

• 2 Origo spirit cookers
• 12V fresh water system with water canister (2022)
• Newly made upholstery in the salon (2022)
• Porta Potti, chemical toilet (2021)

Since a sailboat is primarily for sailing, we have given the Sunbeam a sailing makeover. The highlights:

• New Elvström mainsail (2022)
• New Elvström 130% genoa (2022)

This trailer does not have a valid inspection certificate (TÜV) or documents. We use it as a harbor trailer. For the pure transport of the boat, the boat can be lifted or pushed onto a car transport trailer and secured.
