The deck is a decorative deck made of pine, and underneath the deck is fiberglass. The deck is in poor condition in some areas. All deck penetrations should be checked due to some leakage. The power generator has a water leak. The bulb in the top lantern is out. A small dinghy of 8-9 feet is included.
