Bavaria 46 SVEA, unlike standard boats, has a lead keel (depth 2.05m) which provides increased stability. This also results in better sailing performance, as demonstrated during the owner's participation in races in Greece, including being the overall winner for three consecutive years in the South Union Rally. The boat is easy to handle with roller mainsail and roller genoa. Bow thruster ensures safe maneuvering in ports.
In addition to a salon with a galley and navigation area, Bavaria 46 SVEA has four double cabins and two toilets with showers.
SVEA was owned by a Greek charter company for the first six years. The current owner sailed the boat a few times during this period, liked it very much, and therefore purchased the boat in 2011. The owner has upgraded the boat in many aspects since then and has been sailing in the Greek archipelago during the summer. Consequently, SVEA has been relatively lightly used, and as a result, the interior and textiles are in very good condition. When not in use, the boat has been stored on land at Aktio Marina, Preveza. This is a common way to store boats on land with the rigging up, as many owners come from different countries in Europe and want to sail their boat in the Greek archipelago for shorter or longer periods of time. The contract for the land berth at Aktio Marina can be transferred to a new owner. The staff at the marina are very professional and service-minded.
Bavaria 46 SVEA is currently displayed and for sale on land at Aktio Marina, Preveza in Greece. We show the boat by appointment.
NOTE: The boat is sold in EUR, price 113,000EUR which is approximately SEK 1,300,000.
