A nice boat but needs some love. It is 7.7 meters long, 2.5 meters wide, and weighs two tons. It sails safely and securely. It has a small pantry and five berths. There is a water toilet but no tank. You can add a tank or replace it with a portable toilet. It has a spacious and lovely cockpit.
Outboard engine: 9.9 hp Suzuki.
The boat is located in the beautiful Lundåkrahamnen in Landskrona. The mast is on land. Sails and other accessories are in Eslöv but can be transported to the harbor if desired.
The boat berth is on dock E in Lundåkrahamnen. It is 2.9 meters wide. Lundåkrahamnen is a cooperative harbor with toilets, showers, and storage rental. There are two restaurants and an active boat club with its own clubhouse. There is also a small sandy beach. The harbor is a popular spot for motorhomes.
You will have a berth in the harbor and a spot on land. There is a mast crane, and a crane truck comes in spring and autumn for lifting and launching. The harbor captain and caretaker are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a great harbor!
You must sell the boat before the boat berth or both together.
