Marieholm 26, sehr gepflegt

We are selling our "sunshine", a Marieholm 26 with sail number 18 from 1977, due to expansion. It has always been well maintained, so you can't see or notice its age. In 2012, it received a new Volvo Penta 2-cylinder engine, which runs smoothly when there is no wind. And when there is wind, it leans slightly and sails typically like on rails. It is absolutely safe and easy to handle.In 2021, it underwent a facelift with new sails, lazy bags/jacks, a jib cover, and a sprayhood. It also comes with matching seat cushions for the exterior. The cockpit and interior floor have been covered with PVC teak, and a solar panel not only provides electricity but also adds a stylish element, just like the new deck hatch. The winches are the original beautiful and practical Andersen winches. The tiller has been repainted.The electrical system has been revised, with new and additional power outlets and a shore connection installed. Furthermore, all lights, except for the navigation light (which is only needed under motor), have been converted to LED. There is a refrigerator, a petroleum stove, a 50L water bag, a log and echo sounder, and a portable toilet that we have never used. There is plenty of storage space in various compartments and the retrofitted cutlery and crockery box. Everything is in perfect working order, except for the solar ventilator, which needs a new battery, and the boat is ready to sail.We are selling almost everything with the boat, including a lot of accessories. A mast lowering device, a bathing ladder, and a foldable table that can be set up both inside and outside are also included.The "sunshine" can be admired in the water in Wendisch Rietz am Scharmützelsee for another week before it is lifted out and can stay on land for the winter. The hull can also be inspected there. Osmosis is not an issue.It took us a long time to part with it, but now the time has come. It is not an urgent sale. Therefore, we only ask for serious inquiries.
