I have decided to sell my share in S/Y Fragancia.1st share out of a total of 5.Fragancia is a JEANNEAU SunCharm 1989, 39 ft. Home port is Lefkas town in the Ionian Sea, located on the western side of mainland Greece. Sailing north will take you to the Adriatic Sea and Croatia.We are five co-owners from Sweden. It is a well-functioning and well-established consortium that has been around for a long time. The season is long and there are opportunities to sail at least five weeks every year.Fragancia is maintained and taken care of by CYS, CONTRACT YACHT SERVICES, located in Lefkas town.Fragancia has its berth at the stone quay off the main quay in Lefkas town.S/Y Fragancia has eight berths with all imaginable amenities and is a very well-equipped and well-maintained boat, for example:- New engine, Volvo Penta 55 hp 2016- New propeller, 3-blade 2017- New batteries for starting and consumption. 2015 and 2018- Shore power, Centaur 2018- New autopilot, Raymarine 2019- New mainsail 2014- New rubber dinghy 2017Last year, in 2021, the genoa was replaced.There are 2 toilets on board and 1 sink in the forward cabin.I will email the complete equipment list and provide more detailed information if there is interest.
