We are selling our well-maintained, ready-to-sail yacht "Ars Vivendi" with a heavy heart due to changes. It was built in 2006.

The Sun Odyssey 29.2 from Jeanneau is a modern, fast, and spacious yacht, ideal for family trips on inland and coastal waters.

It is very responsive to the rudder and can be steered precisely. The keel with a depth of 1.40 meters provides additional stability while sailing.

With a length of 8.85 meters and a width of 2.98 meters, the sailing yacht is also comfortable. It offers enough space for 4-6 people and is perfect for weekend trips as well as longer challenging sailing trips.

It features a spacious salon with a generous kitchen, propane stove (valid until 2023), and a large refrigerator. There is a separate toilet and shower room, an additional outdoor shower, a complete navigation table with electronic panel and radio, ample storage space in the boat walls/under the seating areas, and 2 sleeping cabins with a total of 4 beds. The cozy seating area in the salon can also be converted into 2 additional sleeping places if needed.

The fuel tank has a capacity of 45 liters and the water tank has a capacity of 80 liters with an electric hot water boiler - enough to spend several days at sea.

The 21 HP Yanmar diesel engine is extremely fuel-efficient and ensures a smooth and safe journey even in calm or adverse weather conditions.

The sail area (jib and mainsail) is approximately 40 m2. In addition, a spinnaker, spinnaker pole, storm sail, and life raft are available. The sprayhood was renewed in 2022.

The cockpit is equipped with teak wood flooring as standard, and the upper deck has been retrofitted with Flexiteak by the owner.

Various accessories such as fenders, ropes, shore power cable, lifebuoy, cover, tools, etc. will be included.

The boat is currently in winter storage on its own harbor trailer - which can be taken over upon request - in Wendisch Rietz am Scharmützelsee for viewing.
