Her running rigging and forestay have been replaced in 2019 and in that same year all other rigging has been thoroughly inspected. Almost all sail controls lead aft to the two steering positions and the low profile of the deckhouse does not impede visibility from the cockpit. She is equipped with an in-mast furling main sail, a Genoa on a furler, another Genoa from 2023 and an asymmetric spinnaker. Furthermore, fitted out with a; generator, wind generator, new batteries, solar cells, bow thruster, folding prop and a complete Raymarine navigation pack. But that?s not all. She also comes with a water maker, 2 dinghies, 2 outboard engines, life raft, Epirb, awnings, covers and an array of spare parts and tools.
The interior of this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49 Deck Saloon is voluminous, light and well proportioned. The master cabin with ensuite bathroom is located forward and the two guest cabins with double bed are located aft. The bathroom for the guests is located to port alongside the companion way. And if there are more guests on board then there is always the possibility to convert the dinette in the saloon into a double bed. To make your stay on board even more comfortable she is fitted out with air conditioning, a washing machine and electric toilets.
