This version is an owners version with 2 cabins, equipped with a shallow keel of 1.65 meters and equipped with a retractable bow thruster with remote control. The hull of this "e" version is built in epoxy, which makes it stiffer, lighter and impervious to moisture. The boat is from the first owner who always took very good care of her. She has been inside the shed every winter. The spray hood windows and cockpit tent windows have been renewed in 2021, the saildrive cuff was replaced in 2023 and the starter battery and light batteries were renewed in 2023. The boat has always been sailed privately and has never been chartered. The teak deck was hand laid in 2008 in the Netherlands by De Klerk Yachtservice in Medemblik and has epoxy joints. The B&G chartplotter is placed in a beautifully customized stainless steel pod with 360 degree rotating mechanism at the steering wheel. The forward cabin has comfortable Neptune mattresses. In the salon, the port sofa is custom made with a wide comfortable seat in the middle (fitted with green fabric). Sitting on this is excellent. The ship is registered in the Dutch Cadaste and VAT is demonstrably paid.
