2009 Beneteau First 50 - USD 300,000

The Beneteau First 50 is a departure from the traditional First racing designs, she is more a cruiser / racer or you could say a sports cruising yacht.  Very pretty to the eye, it is an elegant and powerful yacht.

'VINNIE' comes to the market as a pristine example, a well cared for, one owner yacht, that has been set up very nicely for tropical cruising.

She is a clean grp deck boat with a teak laid cockpit and drop down transom / swim platform.  She has a custom wrap around pushpit to each boarding gate, the twin bimini frames affix to these railings helping to maintain the clean look this yacht has.

Electric winches including an electric pedestal mounted mainsheet winch between the two helms make the yacht easily managed by a couple.

The interior is a beautiful contemporary design and the owners selected a smart Alpi Blonde Oak with Sunbrella Action Ash upholstery option.  Sunbrella upholstery is perfect for indoor and outdoor applications, is water repellent, bleach cleanable and fade resistant, yet very soft to the touch.

Full forward the owners' suite has a double and a spacious bathroom.  The saloon gets plenty of natural light from the overhead hatches and is a good sea going design.   The two aft cabins have each had identical wardrobes built in by the owners, a neat improvement to the factory supplied soft hanging ones.  One bathroom, the day head, is shared by the two aft cabins and is another spacious design.

Lighting throughout is LED, good natural ventilation stem to stern plus a 16,000 BTU DOMETIC air conditioning unit in the saloon.  Excellent headroom between 1.96m and 2.00m.
