Built in 1978, the Kimal 8 is a steel/aluminium sailboat with an inboard VETUS 8hp diesel engine, which was installed around 2006. The engine is in working condition. Only two of these boats were built, so there is limited information available about the boat. I am also not knowledgeable about boats.
Approximately 8 meters long and 2.35 meters wide.
The boat is sturdy and well-built but needs interior care. It is in rough condition but has good potential.
Features include a marine toilet, alcohol stove, dining table, and sleeping space for 5 slim individuals or 4 average-sized individuals.
It is said to have some additional features such as GPS, autopilot, and others, but I am not able to provide detailed information. There is a solar panel system installed. Some scrap/tools that are on the boat can be included.
It is available for donation or highest bid if there is significant interest, preferably to someone who can quickly and easily move it, preferably by this weekend.
The boat is currently located in the water near Tantolunden at the boat club and needs to be moved, preferably by waterway.
