A member of our team will be on the ground with you to remove the stress of navigating a foreign system. We also help out with Australian registration, VAT exception and delivery of safety gear and sundries to your vessel for handover.

EUROPEAN HANDOVER



DAY 0 - A Flagstaff team member and an Excess factory technician will complete a full check of the boat and all its operating systems.

DAY 1 - Together we run you through a complete check of the boat and purchase order, followed by a christening and champagne celebration.

DAY 2 - Owner briefing of all systems.

DAY 3 - Today we take you out for sea trials so you can become acquainted with your new boat on the water.

DAY 4 and beyond - Flagstaff will continue working with you until you are familiar with every aspect of your new yacht and are ready to use its systems.



The Excess Premium Service teams are also on hand to assist with any after-sales enquiries.



After completing our extensive five day handover, you should be completely comfortable sailing your yacht. We then provide you with valuable insights into the local waters so you can enjoy the best of the world's most pristine destinations.



The vast, global Excess catamaran network can then help with warranty, maintenance and winter storage as you cruise throughout the Med and on-wards throughout the world.
