We offer an Atlanta Coral dinghy for hobbyists or for parts. With some time and effort, it can be restored to working condition.
The wooden parts would need to be refurbished and a crack in the hull would need to be repaired. It is a club boat, unfortunately, there is no one here who wants to take care of the dinghy.
Mast, rudder, sail, and running rigging are available. The boat would need to be picked up at Wannsee in Berlin. No road trailer. Roof transport is possible.
