Andelsbåt Aphrodite with new engine

We are now selling our share in Aphrodite, a well-maintained Hanse-37 after several great seasons in Croatia. The boat is owned by 10 families from Sweden. It is a well-functioning group and many have been co-owners for a long time. The consortium has owned the boat since it was new in 2002 and it has never been rented out. An annual fee of 13,000 SEK is paid, which includes all costs such as mooring, spring maintenance, insurance, and taxes for the boat. The annual fee for 2024 should be paid in March.

Co-owners should have good sailing skills and a coastal skipper's license to sail in Croatia. The boat has a permanent berth in the middle of Trogir, which is very difficult to obtain today. Trogir is a picturesque and pleasant little town 10 minutes from Split airport, where there are direct flights from Sweden. Croatia has a beautiful archipelago with many nice islands and bays.

The boat is used for two weeks per year in a rotating schedule, so it is different every year. The schedule runs from May 15th to September 31st. However, it is possible to sail outside the schedule on a "first come, first served" basis. At the annual meeting, which is held once a year, you can also exchange weeks with each other. At the annual meeting, action lists and planned upgrades and maintenance are also made. Much of the technical work is done by a reputable company in Trogir, which also arranges the annual haul-out of the boat and engine service.

Aphrodite has six fixed berths in three cabins and a nice salon with a U-shaped sofa and seating, as well as a well-equipped pantry. Spacious toilet with shower and septic tank. A spacious cockpit with everything you need for sailing, as well as snorkeling equipment on board.

The boat has been continuously upgraded, such as:

• In 2022, a brand new engine (Volvo Penta D1 - 30 hp) and associated drive were installed.
• New batteries (consumption and starter) in 2023.
• The teak on the cockpit benches was replaced in 2019.
• Sprayhood, bimini, and sun canopy are new from 2023.
• New rubber dinghy with accompanying motor in 2019.
• Nice custom-made mattresses in 2018.

The boat has GPS, autopilot, VHF, shore power, a sturdy anchor winch with chain in the bow, and a gangway. The boat is well-sailing and the sail wardrobe is expanded with a gennaker. Solar panels are mounted on an arch. Roller main and roller genoa for easy handling.
