Granada 35 from 1981. The sailboat was designed by Kristian Rode and built by Granada Yachts in Denmark. The Granada 35 is furnished with a large cockpit with steering wheel. In the saloon there is a galley with sink and ENO cooker, in the BB side a U-side group and in the SB side a navigation table with porthole and sofa. In the passageway to the Forecabin there are cupboards and access to the toilet. The boat appears dry and tidy, cushions are the original cushions. The boat previously had a teak deck, but it was removed a few years ago and is now painted. Technology and instruments: GPS/plotter: Garmin 230, Interphase 169csi, VHF Navico RT4500, Autohelm autopilot, Tystor charger, 2 batteries. The 3 round instruments above the companionway do not work. Ardic oil heater is installed but it needs to be fixed - does not start. Sails: Furling headsail, 2 mainsails, Spiler and spinnaker equipment. Engine: Volvo Penta MD11 freshwater-cooled - 23 HP, Engine leg and diaphragm replaced in 2022. The boat comes with moorings, fenders, anchor and various equipment.
