This Hunter Channel 31 was one of the last Twin Keel models built. Moulded in 2003, completed in 2004 for display at the 2005 London Boat Show.
She is offered for sale by the original owners who have maintained her exceptionally well. Limosa - has benefitted from sympathetic and timely maintenance and up-grades. See full spec for dates alongside the specification but note, New standing rigging in 2019, New fully battened mainsail at the same time and a 2023 Gas Certificate.
She is lying afloat but winterised with sails off, heaters and de-humidifier deployed. The broker was impressed with her presentation, the boat is dry, well ventilated and warm. The condition of the interior belies her year.
