This is a spacious, fast and manouvreable cruiser. One of the early Feeling 1040's was sailed single handed, across the Atlantic, through hurricane weather and went on to be voted American Boat of the Year!

Space is a common theme, starting in the comfortable cockpit, with excellent storage space and extending forward along the side decks and onto the foredeck. Down below the feeling is one of an openness and light. There is a roomy, separate heads at the starboard quarter and over to port a comfortable, double cabin. The galley has plenty of room for storage and space to prepare and clear meals for a hungry crew. Likewise, the saloon is spacious and comfortable focal point, with a good sized forward cabin.

This version looks to have been well maintained through the years, most recently having new batteries, charging and monitoring systems; a new propeller and cutlass bearing and a survey in 2018, with all recommendations completed and only light use of the boat since.

Altogether, this boat offers a good pedigree of design and build, alongside performance and what looks to have been upkeep. We would recommend a viewing if you are looking for a spacious cruiser, even racer. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions or to organise a personal viewing and we will be delighted to help.
