Bright Star is an LM27 Motor/Sailor with the emphasis on sailing, in excellent condition and ready to sail away or liveaboard. She truly is in a turn key state with the engine just serviced she starts on the button. She has a full set of sails, a complete spare set of sails, storm sail, pole, etc. She is fully finished throughout and I have never owned a boat that feels as big as this inside!
She truly is a 'go anywhere' boat with a long keel draft of only 3 feet and legs which I will include that allow her to stand and dry out in the shallows. Her mast is in a tabernacle which allows it to be dropped for the canals etc. She also has a good rig and 120 litre tanks for longer distance sailing, a replacement engine and standing rigging, dinghy, 2 anchors and plenty of chain (1 chain is stainless), and an excellent Lowrance chart plotter and Raymarine autohelm.
Inside she has a double or 2 singles in the fore cabin, each saloon bink becomes a large double, and even the cockpit with it's cover can take another 2 singles! The elevated wheel house/galley gives a feeling of multiple cabins and adds to the feeling of a boat much larger than her 28 feet.

In terms of accommodation, she is cavernous for a 27 footer with not an inch of space wasted. A forepeak double is forward of a comfortable two berth saloon and a further two people can bunk down in the cockpit beneath a full canvas enclosure. She can be helmed from the cockpit in the proper manner under sail, yet a cosy pilothouse offers a second internal steering position for the normal British summer (along with her built in gas heating system)!
