This super well-maintained and top-equipped specimen has everything the discerning sailor dreams of! Despite its 45 feet, the boat is easily sailed by 2 - or even singlehanded.
The boat is equipped with 2 large double cabins fore and aft. These are both equipped with Comfort-Bulltex mattresses. Both cabins have plenty of closet and stowage space.
Behind the downstairs toilet is a very large storage room/extra cabin with another berth.
The saloon contains a large U-shaped sofa arrangement in the BB and a long sofa in the STB - the teak paneling and large skylights make the saloon bright and inviting.
The galley at the BB entrance naturally contains all the conveniences of a double sink, pressurized water, stove with oven, large cooling capacity, microwave - and plenty of counter space.
The underwater hull has so far been treated with 5 x Epoxy and 2 x VC-17 but is currently sanded down and ready for the bottom treatment a new owner may want.
