Now it's time to sell the family boat that has been in the family since the 80s.
The engine is in very good condition and regularly serviced. It is an inboard, Vetus diesel from 2010 with low running hours.
The boat is spacious both in the cabin and cockpit, where we have sailed with 5 adults together in the summers without any space issues. Fully functional kitchen with two burners, sink with both fresh water and seawater access, and a spacious refrigerator for which we installed a new unit a couple of years ago.
The bottom of the boat was sanded two years ago and then epoxy treated, and it has been bottom washed every summer instead of using antifouling paint. This means that it is now free from environmentally harmful bottom treatments, which most boat clubs require nowadays. Certificate from an approved XRF measurement is available.
The sails are in working condition but not the most aesthetically pleasing as they have been used for a long time. It may be something to invest in the future, but currently, they are fully functional, just not visually beautiful. The sails available are:
Some of the deck fittings would need some attention as we have noticed certain areas that are no longer completely watertight.
Other than that, this is a nice sailboat with a lot of history from the same family's generation of sailors.
