(Bureau Veritas) Paris/Marseille/Genoa. Nauta Yachts has carried out a preliminary refit project of the exterior and interior aimed at making the schooner suitable for both a private and commercial market, below the general plans are briefly described: EXTERIOR/INTERIOR LAYOUT "NEW PROJECT" From stern to bow: going up from the telescopic gangway we find a space dedicated to a large sundeck, 2 steps separate it from the area dedicated to mooring and from the large cockpit for the exclusive use of guests. From here you climb on the Fly, characterized by a very large space where a relaxation area has been hypothesized at the stern with sofas and sundecks, a bar / bbq and a dining table for 10 people, at the bow the double wheelhouse with direct access to the internal wheelhouse. The 2 side walkways lead to the forward area that houses the tender but which can be used as a second sunbathing area on the main deck when you are at anchor and the tender is in the water. From the external cockpit we enter the living room that can accommodate a large L-shaped sofa, a bar and a dining table comfortable for all guests. From the Salon you descend to the stern towards the gigantic owner's cabin and amidships in the 4 generous guest cabins all with their own bathroom and separate shower. At the bow of the salon we find the internal wheelhouse that becomes part of the crew room, well separated from the guest area. Below deck at the bow we find the galley, the crew mess a captain cabin and two double crew cabins, all with their own bathroom. To complete the crew room a fourth cabin with separate bathroom. Particularly noteworthy are the lines of the hull that recall those of the famous j class that, combined with a "ketch" rig, a generous deckhouse and the layout of the interior of a modern motor sailer make this schooner unique in its kind. Comfort and performance are the fundamental characteristics of this ship, characteristics that together are difficult to find in today's motor sailers where the focus is more on comfort and not on performance. The artifact in question was made by the a.t.b. at the shipyards in free port of Agadir/Morocco. The financial instability of the yard (year 2006) and its liquidation, has made crystallized the artifact in the state in which it was, and this until the year 2018 when it was sold/launched/towed in Italy, and moored in the port of Savona. Since then we have carried out a series of checks, controls and studies whose results are among the Other attachments renderings New engine and generators never used Ballast 60 tons Cast iron 45 tons Lead 15 tons Aluminized 8 tons Steel including engine and generator weights 152 Tons
