PROFESSIONAL/PRIVATE: PRIVATE
OWNER SINCE: 1997
FLAG AND VAT: GERMAN/ VAT PAID
ASKING PRICE: 70000 €
VESSEL'S CONDITION: VERY GOOD
COMMENTS:
THE OWNER KEEPS DETAILED MAINTENANCE RECORDS SINCE HE HAD PURCHASED the Boat.
THE DECK and superstructure, renovated (seriously), early 2023. All wood (AND THE CORE) removed.
NEW CORE (Plywood) installed, sealed with epoxy and IROCCO panels affixed on it.
Some of the wooden parts of the superstructure was replaced also.
VERY PROFESSIONAL work was done.
LOW rpm engine, with low engine consumption at cruising speed (3.5 litters/ 800 rpm/ 5 knots).
VERY WELL KEPT and maintained family boat.

OWNER?s COMENTS:
Hull:
The boat was taken out of the sea, in September 2023, just two weeks after 4 1/2 month sailing from Mitylini - Limnos - Tassos - Chalkidiki - Northern Sporadic Island - Golf of Evia -Saronik Golf - Argolik Golf.
The hull was just cleaned after lifting in Kilada yard (Basimakopoulos).
Since I am the owner of the boat (1996) the boat was in water and used 5 to 6 months a year. Every year except of 1 the boat was on dry dock over the wintertime. Of course, we checked the hull by eyes and the same was done also by marine personal after lifting/before applying antifouling. We and the marinas never saw indications of osmosis. Coating with antifouling was done always by marina personal, mostly 2 layers.

Sleeping length of Berth:

I do not exactly know the length but my personal size is 186 cm. I have been sleeping in every
cabin and everywhere there was good space between me and the cabins wall. My estimate for the sleeping length is at least 195 to 200 cm. This applies to front, aft and side cabin.

Expected/necessary repairs:

I spent a tremendous amount of euros to get SY ONNI in this good condition as it is.
Based on 26 years? experience not just having, but also living half year on an own boat I cannot give any Guarantees. Anyway, 2021/2022 whole deck and all super structure got renewed. In addition, the old (original) wood underneath old teak has been kept and a new waterproof plywood was installed. This plywood in addition was covered with Epoxy. The original Teak of the deck got replaced by Iroko with very similar performance like Teak. The whole outside structure (pilot house) got also renewed with waterproof plywood covered by Iroko veneer.
Pictures while renewing Deck and Superstructure are available.
Drive shaft bearings have been changed 3 years ago.
Valmet-Motor is in good condition condition running on low number of revolutions (about 1000 n/min - 5 kn).
The heat exchanger got cleaned the year before.
Motor Service (Oil change etc.) was done every year.

The only item I am aware of is a minor leakage of one of the three fresh water tanks. So far, I do not know where the leakage comes from. It is not nice to say, however the easiest way to avoid could be to bypass the leaking tank. The remaining fresh water capacity would still be about 450 L.

Rigg and Winches:

Rigg and winches are in good condition, no repair needed. The original mainsail winches have been replaced about 10 years ago by bigger ones (Lewmar 46CST)
