For Sale: Albin Express

My friend and I have unfortunately decided to sell our Albin Express after three wonderful years. We have had many great memories with Alba (the boat) in Bohuslän. We have sailed at a top speed of 8.9 knots!

The boat is number 27. We have used it for vacation sailing and comfortably accommodated four people for one to two weeks. It is possible to sleep five people.

The boat has a paid winter berth in Hovåshamnen, Gothenburg.

The hull is in good condition, and we have carefully polished and painted the bottom every year we have owned it. To suit our needs, we have removed the pantry and used a cooler box instead - both the cooler box and the original pantry are included in the sale.

The following items are included with the purchase:

• Main sail in good condition - suitable for cruising
• Jib in decent condition - a few small (taped) holes in the window, otherwise good tension
• There is a storm jib and spinnaker in good condition - we have not used these
• Fresh cushions inside the boat
• Two batteries in good condition, installed this spring
• A chartplotter with chip and nautical charts for Bohuslän
• Kitchen utensils and a spirit stove (fully equipped for vacation, including kitchenware)
• A well-maintained engine (5 hp, four-stroke, long shaft) with a sturdy padlock and chain
• New gasoline can (29 L) + a small gasoline can (5 L)
• 5 fenders
• Tow lines in good condition
• Spacious and nice cockpit tent and arches for a sprayhood (sprayhood not currently installed due to poor condition)
• A grill, if desired
• Rig tension gauge
• Toolbox
• A set of stays and shrouds (brand new set)

• Additional trim points for foresails
• 2 winches + a winch handle
