Sailboat for Sale

We are selling our sailboat, a Contest 25 from 1973, due to expansion. We bought it in 2021 and have explored the Mecklenburg Bay with it. It is currently located in the marina in Wendorf, near the Hanseatic city of Wismar. It will be taken out of the water in October. The mooring cannot be taken over.

The Contest was designed in the Netherlands by renowned yacht designer Dick Zaal. These sailing yachts are known for their outstanding sailing characteristics and high quality, and are often appreciated as ideal cruising yachts for long voyages and offshore sailing. With a draft of only 1.25 meters, it allows anchoring in shallower waters. No license is required.

A suitable road trailer (see photo 2, VLEMMIX VTA 36 VBT2, permissible total weight up to 3,500 kg, own weight about 700kg) with a valid TÜV is also available for sale for approximately 4500,- VB. If both are taken together, a negotiated package price can certainly be agreed upon. The trailer is not part of this advertisement and can only be sold with or after the Contest.
