LM 28 - A well-known and popular motor yacht from the Danish shipyard.
LM 28 a motor yacht that is known to sail well for sails. The boat is equipped with a seating group aft, where the boat can also be steered via the tiller. In continuation of this, the wheelhouse and the boat's pantry with sink and stove as well as a refrigerator are under the wheelhouse. The boat's salon has two sets of sofas that can be converted into 3 sleeping places. In the bow is a forward cabin with a double bed. The boat's toilet is electric and new. The toilet room also has a sink and shower.
The engine is a Bukh DV20, where the hour counter shows 3150 hours. The seller had the head gasket changed on it last year, just to maintain it and make sure the engine is in good condition.
This LM 28 appears to be in good condition, but due to illness, it is no longer used. The boat needs a wash etc. exterior and prepared for season 2024.
