Reinke 10m Steel Sailboat

Not licensed electric lifting keel sailboat, 11.2m x 3m, draft 0.8 - 2.10m, stern platform, 7 tons, interior not completely finished.

Built in 1992, owned since 2010, underwent a 6-year refit (2017-2023) making it essentially a new boat. Completely sandblasted inside and out. Coated with 150 liters of 2K paint in 12 layers, used in the offshore industry. All equipment and fittings are new. 8mm keel sole + 20mm S960 steel in the bow and keel area. 4mm underwater hull, 3mm above waterline. Reinforced floor and bow section. Rigging and sails are not new but in good condition. 2 backstays, all extremely stable and oversized. Anderson winches (not self-tailing), rod kicker, roller furling.

Anchor locker, cockpit, keel trunk, rudder made of duplex steel. Aluminum hatches and covers. Boat insulated with Armaflex and 30mm Styrodur down to the bilge. 4 berths in the bow cabin, owner's cabin + salon, 6 storage lockers + walk-in storage space in the stern (for dinghy, bicycles, outboard motor, etc.). New sprayhood, bimini, and fixed windshield.

Engine: OM 615 with dual-circuit cooling, overhauled with approximately 110 hours of use. SPW folding propeller, mechanical seal, Pytondrive, L&S hydraulic steering, all new. 2 new alternators, anchor with 60m chain. Additionally new: Lofrans anchor winch, 5.5kw Side Power bow thruster, Jabsco electric toilet, 3 batteries with 820 Ah (2023), 400W solar panels, inverter, Sterling charger. Nasa log, depth sounder, wind instrument, 2x VHF with ATIS/DSC. Approximately 400 liters of diesel in 2 aluminum tanks + day tank. 2 separate diesel pre-filters, 3 electric bilge pumps, 250 liters of stainless steel fresh water tank. Holding tank, gray water tank. All tanks have new inspection covers. Hot water via engine and electric, stern shower with hot water, diesel heater, Eno gas stove with oven, 85-liter refrigerator with Waeco Tropicool compressor. New upholstery. All necessary materials (wood, doors, etc.) are available.

The boat is fully usable and livable.

For sale due to changes in life/work circumstances. Extensive construction documentation available. Harbor trailer with air brakes (roadworthy) available if needed. Not an urgent sale.
