Description:

A true dream yacht, seaworthy, spacious, well-crafted, easy and safe to sail. Excellent sailing characteristics, agile and fast. Purchased directly from Hansewerft in Greifswald in 2004 and sailed to Berlin. Only seen freshwater since then. Excellent condition, even the smallest damages were promptly repaired or replaced. Genoa newly sewn, Sprayhood is only 1 year old.

Due to its relatively low weight and rudder angle of more than 90 degrees, it is easily maneuverable in tight spaces. Equipped with a self-tacking jib as standard, single-handed operation is easy. Trimming the mainsail can be done single-handed from the cockpit. The self-draining cockpit comfortably accommodates 6-8 people.

Below deck, there is a much more comfortable living space than expected for its size. The interior is made of high-gloss mahogany on marine plywood, creating a cozy, homely atmosphere for discerning tastes. Sleeping berths for six people are available. An exceptionally spacious double berth is located in the forepeak, another aft, each with closets and storage compartments. Two more berths can be set up in the salon. Freshwater tank with approx. 100l, Port aft bathroom with pump toilet, sink, and cabinet, electric pressurized water system, hatch.

The galley is equipped with a stainless steel double sink, gas stove, oven, and electric refrigerator. Additionally, there is a walk-in lazarette aft to port and ample storage space in all rooms. The "Hanse 311" can be sailed sportily or leisurely depending on preference. It always sits securely and stably on the water, ensuring sailing enjoyment is never lacking.
