- The vessel's hull was blasted back 8 years ago , re-epoxied and antifouled.

- The engine has been serviced on an annual basis by the owner. The cutlass bearing was replaced last year (2023)
- The sails have been removed every year, laundered and stored 'off season'.
- There are 2 gas bottles onboard and a spare bottle
- The GPS is a handheld GPS
- Copies of previous surveys are available during viewing.
