Marieholm AC 20 for Sale

For sale is a Marieholm AC 20 (aft cabin) with a matching Wick tandem trailer. The boat is from 1978, second owner. For the past 20 years, the boat has been exclusively used on the Havel river near the large window. Due to relocation and lack of time, the small yacht has been in the water berth for 5 years. The hull has been cleaned in recent years by diving and brushing!

The installed diesel engine had to be removed due to frost damage. A small Suzuki 4-stroke engine is included, which pushes the boat out of the berth.

The main sail was renewed 5 years ago and set up as a lazy-jack, a large custom-made genoa is also included. The aft cabin can accommodate up to 4 people for overnight stays!

The trailer received 4 new tires at the last inspection and has been standing since then. Due to neglect of maintenance in the last 5 years, some repair work is required. For example, sandblasting the hull, applying new anti-fouling, cleaning and sealing the deck, sanding and oiling all teak woods, etc...
